Class Descriptions

Sing and Play is a caregiver and me class. You will receive 30 minutes of community music and movement and end your class session with 30 minutes of open play to explore the space. Caregivers of all types are welcome to join with children from parents, to grandparents, to nannys, aunties, or uncles.

We utilize music as a tool to foster development and learning in all developmental domains and provide simple and easy strategies to infuse musicality into daily routines.

Class instructor is an early childhood educator, early interventionist, play advocate, parent coach,  and skilled parent-child class facilitator.

Miranda has been providing early childhood caregiver and me group and individual coaching experiences including music since 2008. She incorporates experience and training from a variety of programs to support her facilitation and skills, and also want you to know that while she isn’t a trained musician- she can help you find joy in making music simple, fun, and become a part of your everyday flow. Come play!

*Baby Sing and Play is designed for children ages 0-18 months, but we acknowledge that some children may need to stay in this class longer or some children may be ready to move up to the toddler class sooner. If your child falls outside of the age range, please email us to work through any questions. Due to the nature of crawling babies and little ones, we cannot accommodate older siblings in this class and would recommend the toddler class to you.

Toddler Huddle is a caregiver and me class. You will receive 30 minutes of community activities incorporating developmental topics, music and movement, and end your class session with 30 minutes of open play to explore the space. Caregivers of all types are welcome to join with children from parents, to grandparents, to nannys, aunties, or uncles.
